Frontpage Slideshow will not autostart

Two modules we have published front page slideshow, the English language module if it works (www.domain.com/index.php/en/) Spanish language module does not start (www.domain.com/index.php/es/), please check what the problem is, we have published the web and it is urgent to solve the problem,

please we need help, we have paid a subscription support for 6 months, and received no support, we need a solution now

we have received a poor response, we have sent data back end access to the ticket, and you do not give us the solution

We have already replied to you on the ticketing system. Replies on the ticketing system may take up to 24h, excluding weekends of course.

Please don't cross post in the future.
