I was recently hacked and am now paranoid about what might be suspicious code. I have searched the internet but didn't find an answer to this. Maybe someone here can reassure me.

After running my site through Sucuri.net, the following code comes up: /index.php/component/fpss/track/14/L2luZGV4LnBocC93ZWxsbmVzcy1hLWdyb3VwLW (the string of characters keeps going)

I can't find the folder /track/14

Does anyone know what this code is about?
