Support requests should ONLY be directed there and require an active subscription plan.

This cleaning has nothing to do with FPSS...this is purely controlled by your WYSIWYG editor...you can toggle it to editor mode before you save and that usually works but you can also get an editor that is just for code like RokPad from Rocket Theme.

RokPad is a code only editor so it doesn't clean anything as it assumes you know what code you want to write.

What you are saying has nothing to do with what skullmonkey asked.
There is a tip in order not html tags being stripped in FPSS introtext but you should post a ticket in order to provide you with answers about commercial products.
