I've tried uploading an image or select from the server, the spinning wheel goes on forever.
Can't edit or add slides because this process never stops. I'm on my own server, I have no limit on PHP memory, time or any resource issues.

Very disappointing. Support tickets are not addressed and it's a ghost town on this forum. Wonder if this company is still around?

Hi. Support tickets are handled in the working hours. Regarding this forum this is a customer-to-customer service so there is no guarantee regarding an answer. Since you have used our ticketing system you will get a response sooner or later.

Support said, "you should see the icon top left in the component's backend - and add say 64M to "Enforce new site Memory Limit (in MBs)" and your problem will be solved."

It would help to mention of it in some documentation since by default it is not set to anything in the component. Hard for anyone to connect this issue with actually limiting resources as opposed to increasing them.
