Anybody knows a way for duplicating slides?
I need them for translation purposes and I dont want to fill all the fields again.

Hi,

No, unfortunately there is no copy functionality in Frontpage Slideshow.

For all the people out there. I did this using phpMyAdmin

1. Create the new category
2. Go in the fpss table in phpMyAdmin and edit a certain slide you want to copy
3. In the field "catid" enter the number of the new category
4. On the bottom on the dropdown menu instead of Save choose "Insert new line..." or something like that and hit Go

Now you have the copy of the slide in the new category.

Yes, the way you suggested works but it will not copy the images. In any case, thank you for sharing this.

Yes. Images are not copied but in my case I needed for translation I uploaded new images anyway :D

Why don't you guys create this functionality? It is so very necessary!
