Since the Update to Joomla v3.5.6 the link to Article, Menus etc doesnt work anymore. Any help?

Hey guys, I just want to post a temporary workaround that I discovered:

1) Open existing slide
2) Select "Custom URL" as new source for existing slide
3) Paste URL to article in the "URL" field
4) Save & Close -Boom! It Works!

If you have any trouble with this, you might need to clear your website & browser cache, then reload page. Tested successfully on 2 websites running Joomla 3.4.6.

The issue occurs only when slideshow statistics are enabled. You can disable slideshow statistics and it will work again.

We have already implemented a fix which will be included in the next release.

If you do need slideshow statistics just create a ticket to our help desk system so we can provide you with the fix ( an active subscription is required ) .

Unfortunately, both websites I am using FPSS on require the statistics to be enabled (slides are frequently changed according to popularity).
The temporary fix I suggested above is currently ok for me, but what is your estimation about the delivery time of the new FPSS release?

Naturally, I will be happy to renew my FPSS subscription.
