Within the text overlay on a slide we have added simple links. These links show good in the admin for each item but do not work on the front end of the site. They only refresh the home page. Anyone know how to fix this.

This is a known issue which occurs in the latest Joomla! version. Try to disable the slideshow statistics and the links should work fine again.

If you need the fix to make statistics work open a ticket to our help desk system ( an active subscription is required ) .

I disabled the stats and still bad links. Your team is not offering an upgrade that fixes this issue? It seems a bit much to have to purchase support for a core incompatibility issue.

The links should work fine if you disable slideshow statistics. Just ensure that you have cleaned the site cache.
