On the index page, there is a mention of where to post bugreports. What is missing is where people should post feature requests.
The same place where you post bugreports is also the place for feature requests.

Click on the "New issue" button, then template from "Defect report from user" to "Feature request" and type your request.
As always, do a search before posting. It is better to add a comment to someone elses feature request than to make a duplicate one of your own.
