Figured most things out, except for one thing. After hours of trying (and searching/reading this forum) I cannot discover how to deal with tags. I've created some tags in K2 (all green) and I added tags to items (there is no metadata in the items yet). The tagcloud shows up fine (with the right words) but nothing happens after clicking e.g. something happens (i can see some lines marking the end of an item) but the item itself (text) isn't there.

What did I forget/do wrong ?

I'm sorry, the website is offline.
Isn't it just a setting somewhere ? ('enable searching in tags' in Search K2 plugin is ON)
Joomla 1.7 + K2

Just found it : all tag-settings in "Layout & view options for Search, Tag & Date listings" in K2 Configuration were on "HIDE".
