Hi,

I'm working on a site (Joomla 1.5.23) that will have ten (10) K2 Categories that require registration before you can view the Items within each Category.

I'd like each Registered User to be able to view only the items within an individual Category, but not the other 9 Categories.

Is it possible to restrict viewing to content by User Group within K2? Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated and thanks in advance!

You will have to find the syntax to identify the k2 user group
and test in an override for it before displaying the content and or other parts of the item, while allowing the public or any registered see the titles and/or the intro text of each item.
Usually the test is for registered or not, but this is a level deeper
I would start looking in the front end editing form for the syntax to identify the users group
