at this moment when i make a comments it will be add to the item.

but when this item is gone(for me it's a car, it has been sold) the comment is gone..

is there away that the comment will be add to the categories and that every item in categories wil get the comments of categories..

or a other away that comments for dodge will be show for the dodge cars etc..

Comments are displayed by item and related to them., and display when the item does

I have not seen one that does this.
This would be all custom work i think, manipulating the comments, after a test, and probably displaying them from a module which would contain all comments.

where can i put my feature request?

a item should be connected to a comment group same as extra field groups but then for comments...

and a item is connected to the group if one item is offline the other item will have the comments to show
