How can I display the extra fields before the item description?

I want to display like this example:

demo.joomlaxtc.com/indielife/index.php?option=com_k2&view=item&id=5&Itemid=81

With the image gallery and video showing the left and right side, showing the extra fields first and then the item description.

How to do this?
