It just doesn't make sense to duplicate the meta data through the inheriting parameters option.

Let me explain:
1. I have 5 categories, all having the same parameters, but not the same metadata.
2. For making it fast and easy, I setup one category parameters and inherit it for the others.
3. However metadata is also inheriting - something I don't want to happen.

Solution - I suspect none would like to inherit metadata, so I would suggest to remove it.
