I can't seem to order categories alphabetically , there has to something I am missing........Need a hand please. Tried everything on category options.........

Hi.

You should be able to control the item ordering in the category options. Make sure the category you are editing is not inheriting from another category (meaning it the order gets overridden by the master) and that you clean your browser cache to reflect the change.
