tim breadcrumbs or exclude last item from it was created by Mario Notaro

Hi,
does anybody know how can I trim breadcrumbs? When titles are long, also breadcrumbs are too long.
An alternative could be to exclude the last item, in this case the title of the article.

thx Thorsten, from which file?
I searched in modules>mod_k2tools>tmpl>breadcrumbs and I didn't find any "$arr[0]". Maybe I should past? Pls, excuse my dumbness
