i'm new in k2

i understand that it supports creation of new content types, such as product page etc.


i will be very happy if you could explain me how to create a new content type for example contains 1 header, 1 sub header text, picture, external link....

All K2 content exist in the K2 item which has item text(intro and full), item image, gallery, etc etc
Set up a new category and set the paramaters in the category to show or not show what you want
Set up a menu link to the category and display the items in that category
When you want to customize the view for that category - learn about k2 templating or overrides
