Modules Not Displayed on K2 User Pages was created by Jerry Garner
I have created a new menu titled Author Menu. As I begin taking on more authors I am realizing that it's just not practical to list these in the main menu.

So I created a new menu for authors, then set up a menu item for each one. These menu items were set up in the K2 User format.

After finishing the menu, I went to module manager and opened each of the modules I wanted to display on the pages. These same modules are displayed on the K2 item and category pages, so I wanted them on the author/user pages as well for consistency.

My problem is that these modules simply do not appear on the user pages. I thought maybe it was because they were in a menu other than the main menu, but have been assured that is not an issue, so I'm at a loss here. The modules display as they should on all pages except these.

Does anyone have an idea as to what the problem may be?

Thats causes the way Joomla use Module handling. You get more Control with Advanced Module Manager from www.nonumber.nl/
