(I'm using K2 2.5.1 with Joomla 1.5.24)
It's possible to make a category the default one for all new articles?
I made a site for a client that needs extra fields inline with the main fields (title, alias, etc), so I've moved them there, but when hitting "New" button from article list, they show up only if:
- there's only one category with extra field group linked
- there's more than one category, all with the same extra field group linked
- there's more than one category with different extra field setup, but i filter the list to only view items from the right category (the one with the extra field group i want), then hit "New"
- i create a new article (without the extra fields showing up), link it to the right category, save, exit, re-enter it
If I could set a "default" category my extra fields would always show up, and if I don't need them I can simply leave them blank.
