k2 Users Module Error was created by krmr
Hi, I need help with getting the k2 Users Module to work.
Joomla 1.7.2; K2 2.5.1
The error I get when I publish the module is: Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /www/mysite.com/root/modules/mod_k2_users/tmpl/Default/default.php on line 17
I get the error only whith the following options selected in the backend module manager:
Source: Retrieve users by filter
Fetch users: By k2 User Group
No matter what group is sellected I get the error. But If I select to retrieve specific users, the module works fine.
Please help discovering what might be the reason for the error! When I googled the error message, there are plenty of web sites displaying that error on their frontend, but I couldnt find any forum postings on this.
Thnaks a lot

seems I am talking to myself
The bug I found in k2 Users mod is that it can't order the users by name.
Order by Most recent Item is OK. Random gives the same warning:
Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in .../root/modules/mod_k2_users/tmpl/Default/default.php on line 17
Tried looking at modules/k2_mod_users/helper.php myself, but cant find what is missing.
Any help appreciated!
If this is a bug where do I publish it?
I am an old k2 user, but new to the new forum & the new j 1.7

Did you find an answer to this? Getting the same error. When you do a google search it comes up quite a bit on search results. It looks like a lot of people have the problem but don't even know it. I couldn't find and answer either.
If you figured it out I would appreciate some help.\
Also you can report K2 bugs and issues here code.google.com/p/joomlaworks/issues/
Cheers,
Ed
