If you require help and support with K2 I have to recommend Olivier Nolbert.

To say any kind of help and support from Joomla Works. As a 'newbie' I found them dismissive un helpful and frankly no customer service skills whatsoever.

Their aftercare does not support their great product, dreadful.

Searched the Forum and came across Olivier Nolbert and thank goodness we did. He has been kind, patient, helpful (beyond belief) honest and swift. Well worth the money and highly recommended.

As a company that was built on recommendations and referrals we now use joomla works as a reference on how not to treat our clients EVER and Olivier Nolbert as an example of how good service works.

Without Olivier Nolbert help and support we would not have gotten anywhere - he is the missing link for this software that all new users need and would not hesitate to use him again.

Off to see if I can get my money back for k2mart :)
