k2.5.3 Cannot set user to registered or site owner was created by Thomas Murray
Fresh install of Joomla 1.5.25.
I just installed k2.5.1, then upgraded to k2.5.2, then on to k2.5.3 and I have the same problem:

I cannot change administrator user to site owner or registered. When I click apply or save nothing happens. I end up having to click the back button of browser.

So because I cannot set admin to registered or site owner I cannot add content via front end.

Whats the solution?

same problem with 2.5.4 with chrome .. works fine with FF
