i need something that it easy is to inserting a link to a item.. in a item..

because make a link with tinymce i need to url and then copy and past..
so not so great.. i mean when i link is change etc..

is there something where i get a tree and i get the list and click on it..

or maybe something more easy?

ps need to style the link it become's a button

You can use JCE, it's a lot easier. There is JCE plugin created by Nicholas here

To make it into a button, you can use css class and style it.
