Hello does k2 new version support multilingual sites?

or is there other way how to use k2 with multilanguage content?

Yes, it supports multilingual sites. Install the languages you want to use in your Joomla 1.7.x site, install K2, start adding new items and make sure you assign them to the right language from the language selector (in the K2 item form). Same goes for categories, modules, menus etc.

If you use Joomla 1.5.x, you need to install and use Joomfish.

I am using Joomla 1.5 with Joomfish. I could translate all articles of Joomla. But K2 categories, items are not found in Joomfish panel in order to translate.

Shall I have to modify anything to get K2 into Joomfish?

What is the solution please?

Under Joomla! 2.5 K2 uses Joomla! native multilanguage system.
