You can find item layout in components\com_k2\templates\default\item.php
On line ~261 you can put a space before the ":" character.
Do not forget that it is better override layout with your teplate ones, see this article - getk2.org/documentation/tutorials/item/174-templating-with-k2-and-the-concepts-of-sub-templates

I see it before and change it but nothing happens on my site.

The reason : I use a gavick template and there is a com_k2 folder in their template path by default so the modification must be made here directly.
