I upload a zip file to my k2 item but nothing shows up. It gives me a {gallery}48{/gallery} but nothing shows up when I view the page. No gallery, and none of the images in the zip file. I have show image gallery enabled in the options. Can someone please help me?

Hi, I had the same problem and I have now only a half of the solution: when you upload a zip file k2 component create a subfolder in which it puts the images. Simple Image Gallery plugin works only if in the folder there are only images. The problem was due because I used a WinZip software instead to use the standard system to compress folders of windows or mac (select images then "send to..." compressed folder). Now all works and quickly and perfectly.
Be careful do not use capital letters or spaces or any other special character for the name of the images (in this case you can have a problem of white thumbnail(s) on your gallery).
