is there any simple way? Coz when i simply install new version it crashes my site :/

I also husing still K2 version 2.4.1

I have no idea how to update my K2, the persone hou has made my website hase quite his job and i cant reach him

Anny one a idee how to Update from 2.4.1 to the lastest one.
