Hi,

I have enabled frontend editing and can add an item (blog). When I try to edit an item I cannot because a link that is supposed to exist for editing does not exist. Instead I get the words "Edit item <name of item>.

I am using:

Rockettheme Modulus template
Joomla 1.7.3
K2 2.5.4


Is there another way to enable frontend editing? How can I enable the link for editing? Is there any way to have an Edit icon instead of the words "Edit item"?

Check in your template/html directory to see if there was a k2 override installed with the template.
try copying components/com_k2/templates/default directory into the override directory and renaming it, then setting the category to use it to see if it exibits the same behavior.
