I nead help to disable the restriction in front end, for Editors, regarding articles they publish,

It appears on top a red message that says Your have restriction in publishing the item. The item is under admin moderation. They write the articles and save but they have to wait for me to put them on publish in the backend.

I want to disable this restriction for them.

What should i do ?
