Create a Custom Extra Field help was created by Nick

I am working on a custom extra field. I have the code ready in the model, however how do i make it appear in the drop down list inside joomla?

Well I found out that, that code belongs to the LIST of the extra fields. Not when creating one! So in the dropdown menu where all the extra fields are listed, the new ones do appear!

I will look for more!
