Hi,

When I am in the k2 joomla back end and click on the user groups tab it does not appear and instead I get the following message:

Any Help on this would be greatly appreciated.

it says the file does not exist.
have you checked with file manager?
if the file is not there, i would backup site and install k2 over the top
if the file is there i would check permissions (akeeba admintools will reset all to default)
