I have a featured article that's published and shows up just fine. I add a second featured article and it doesn't appear.

A little history - I imported about 300 records to populate the database via a csv file. The import went fine and the imported items appear as expected. Although I don't think the import is an issue, just food for thought.

I've compared against my featured item and all of the settings are the same, but it doesn't appear.

Does anyone having any thoughts?

since you imported the items from csv, try going to the second featured item in the back end and opening them for editing, check the user and publishing status and save them. Sometimes the import does not actually get all the sql fields properly
