After a user completes the registration page, the registration goes through, but the user would not know. It just resets the form. It does not have a thank you or confirmation page. Is there a way to change that or set a confirmation page?

Not sure if that's a K2-specific feature/function. (Or at least, I wouldn't know how to start modifying the K2 core to do something like that).

You could search some Joomla functions to see how other people do this in vanilla Joomla.

For example, there are some extensions in the JED that allow you to extend the registration process in this (and other) ways.
