I have the following site

It's working ok from September, but last days i saw something very strange in some pages of my site.
If you check when you are click on the menu items call ΝΕΑ or ΑΝΑΚΟΙΝΩΣΕΙΣ which are under the menu ΝΕΑ-ΑΝΑΚΟΙΝΩΣΕΙΣ the whole page is looking ok but if you check the menu called ΑΚΑΔΗΜΙΕΣ or ΧΟΡΗΓΟΙ or LINKS or ΙΣΤΟΡΙΑ and more you will see the page without background and the footer section been destroyed....
I had set the same settings in all categories but only two are seems good...
This categories have rss feed (i don't know if it plays a role)
Please help me....
