I have had a long developer break from all of the CMS since I had huge problems with a Joomla 1.0-solution putting down our main server several times.

Now I feel confident again that our server is more safe than ever, and Joomla has hopefully gotten a lot more secure the recent time since this happened (any security checklist I might take a look at?).

My question is simple:

Are there any pros of installing K2 to a Joomla 2.5-solution...?

Don´t Joomla have all the good things included now ?

K2 still delivers the same things when coupled with sigpro and allvideo.
