So, I needed the ability to search on 3 characters instead of 4, so I changed the ft_min_word_len in /etc/my.cnf from 4 to 3 and rebuilt my fulltext indexes on the k2_items table

So far so good, I can now search on 3 letters instead of 4...

My question is how to make this also work with the live search function of the k2 tools mod? RIght now if i type in thee characters and hit enter i get good results, but I also want to be able to see those results in live search after only typing three characters.

I went and looked through k2 tools module files and didnt see anything that seemed to be releated to how live search functions.
