I've tags in which there is the special character " ' ". But the link from the tag cloud doesn't work for these tags. It substitutes " ' " by " /' "
For the spaces, it substitutes them to %20, so it's ok but not for the apostrophe.

May someone help me please ?

for the apostrophe I have a kind of solution in tag cloud. replace all apostrophe " ' " by this one " ’ " (alt-maj-apostrophe on Mac OS).
With this, the cloud tag works and the apostrophe is in the word...
Not really a solution but work ... :-)

Tagging this post. I haven't run into it yet but will within the next week or so. I want to either help solve it or use the solution :P
