joomla users in k2 and kunena was created by Wolfje
Hello, I have a joomla 1.5 website. Now I made a new site 2.5 and imported articles and users to the new site and in k2... Now I need to import kunena but now my question, do k2 can easily log in kunena too?

I'd love this answer as well. Ideally I'd not have to maintain more then one database for users but I'd be happy to do so if it meant I'd be able to have a single profile system for my users.

I hope to have it so that users are able to log into my website and through that single log in be able to manage their kunena profile and their K2 profile.

Hi,

Did you ever find a way to integrate K2 and Kunena?

Thanks!

Hi. K2 and Kunena extend the Joomla! users. So it makes no difference if the user is in Kunena or K2. In both cases it's a Joomla! user and can sign in to the site with no issues.
