It sounds like you are asking if you can change the look of the posts. You can change the CSS here:
components / com_k2 / css / k2.css

If you are going to change things, I would also recommend creating your own template:

First of all, I would recommend always using CSS - it keeps everything in the same place. Since there is already an external file for it, use it...
So.. in the class "itemtitle" you want to add an extra line:

font-family: "Times New Roman";
