After adding a new category due to the tutorial of Gantry framework and K2 engine combined I get the following error on Joomla 1.7:

see pls pics attached-->k2-add-cat is what I did BEFORE the error occured

TableK2Category: :store failed
Table 'joomla_.mzj7h_k2_categories' doesn't exist

In the gantry documentation it says to:


Portfolio
Creating a portfolio page:

Go to "Component" - "K2" - "Categories"
Customize category


I did all this and tried to save the added category...no Joomla content inside, so
I added a category and the above error shows up.
Since google search didn't bring anything on that error I kindly found this
forum and hope for a bit enlightment concerning 2.
