My category list has disappeared and cannot be accessed from the new items form (which means that I cannot add any new content). After selecting categories from the k2 dashboard, it comes up blank (no categories listed: However when i select items from the dashboard all items list the proper category under categories. I tried to repair the database. It did not fix problem.
I tried to add new category using the category form. It said that it saved it, but again it does not show up in the list or the new items form.
