Is there a way to remove the "More in this category" part below an item?

I would like to remove this because I am using the K2 Content module to show items that are in the same category. This makes the "More in this category" unnecessary.

Maybe it is in the category settings but I seem not be able to find it.

You have to edit the template... If you are looking at the item view, it is item.php

Deleting lines 541 to 559 in item.php solved it.

Hopefully in future it will be an option in the backend.
