I have a question how i have to do something.

On this moment i have a page that i use every time again for showing text with basis lines. Each time i use this item there is a button: Contact us.
But this basic item that i use has every time a different Title.

When a visitor clicks on contact us than he go's to a other page with a contact form. I want that on this contact page ( with aicontactsafe for example ) is the title of the page were the visitor came from. How can i do this so he does that automatically ?
