How to change the title of an attachment after upload. Anyone ?

A quick look and it doesnt seem that the media manager can rename files.
I would set the media manager path to media in both places in the options of media manager
Use either ftp client or joomla file manager extension to change the filename
Then goto the item - delete the attachement - browze server and pick the new one
