I am thinking of using K2 for a real estate website of mine and I have a few questions.
For the item listing it would be very straightforward with intro, full description, a "plus" point section (for example: Legal fees offered, Guaranteed income over 6%, etc), the item categories or tags, a slide show for photos, a google map app to show location. That would need to be formatted so that I just enter info into item's preformatted template. Maybe listing should be in the shape of different tabs so you don't have to sroll down too much.

The 2nd part would be a search module with different category filters, etc. I have seen Multiple Extra Fields Filter and Search module and maybe that could be good for this. I have joomlart template and they do a search module but not sure it is so good as the results show also articles, news and other categories so looks a bit messy for a professional website.
