K2 USERS is a different module. You will want to use K2 USER for logging in, new accounts, etc.

Sorry Aaron but I'm not able to get neither you neither k2 modules.

Please simply asnwer to this:

- k2 registration module for new site user is?
- k2 login module for registered users of my site is?

concerning the first question neither I'm not able to set neither k2user neither k2users and I'm becoming crazy switching on/off all the flags into both modules.

would you be so kind to show a screenshot of the right module for registering new user with the correct positions of all the choices inside?

Maybe I'm stupid but it doesn't work by me.

Toth,

K2 comes with K2 USER and K2 USERS modules. Both are different.
You will need to use K2 USER for the login and registration that is controlled through K2.

I have attached an rtf file with screen shots but once you open the K2 USER module, all the settings are biased toward the login and registration.

Let me know if you still have issues.

Aaron maybe I'm an alien and so I'm not able to let me get by you.

I do know how to set the k2user module like you did in your rtf.
What you are not getting is that in that way I ONLY HAVE A LOGIN BOX!!!

What I'm not able to do is set the same module, as you say, in order to show a register box in my site.

Login is ok!

WOULD YOU MIND TO SHOW ME A RTF WITH THE SELECTIONS YOU DO IN ORDER TO SHOW A REGISTER BOX AND NOT A LOGIN BOX????

because:
- if I put the module in the 'register' position of my template: I have back a LOGIN BOX
- if I put the module in the 'login' position of my template: I have back a LOGIN BOX; in the top of this box, near login there's written in a very tiny char (or oregister)... but If I select 'register' I have back another LOGIN BOX.
-If I put the module in any other positions on the template: I have back a LOGIN BOX:

result: no way to let the user register into my site.... are you getting now?

I sincerly hope you now get my trouble....

(again: the trouble is that I cannot realize a box for the user registration if I use the k2user module)
