I get the following error when trying to empty the K2 article trash:

I also have K2 listed twice in the components drop-down menu (back-end). One has K2 + sub menu items (Items, Categories, Tags, etc) and the other has none. Follow? I don't know if this is related but I would like to fix this too. The control panel has K2 QuickIcons listed twice as well.
