I don't want to create 5 images for each item

I don't want to create 5 images for each item was created by stavroch

I have portal in k2 and I don't use the images xsmall and small. So I don't want to create that two type of files.
How can I do that?

This is the way k2 works. Changing it would require core changes that would be lost on upgrade
