Thanks Ill give this a shot. Ive only created a menu so far so can I just go ahead an uninstall and reinstall without backing up site?

Also I looked on the information tab and do not see anything that gives a status of mb_encoding, I dont even see anything that says mb_encoding.

Oh haha ok, I found it and it says enabled. So should I just whack it and reinstall since I havent done much in it yet?

Actually, I wasnt even thinking, my menu module is "ARI EXT Menu" so Im just going to uninstall K@ and reinstall.
