Try to load the JCE Editor for Joomla base content component editing, if you can able to edit the article in Joomla core content component then there is no problem with editor.
Some other problem is there in your k2 component...

It loads fine in joomla content.
It is probably a conflict between K2 and JCE, but where, that is the question !
What I noticed is that conflict comes if I enable the editor for the extra fields.

Hi. Just tested under Joomla! 2.5.6 K2 2.5.7 and latest JCE (2.1.3) with no issues. Both with editor in extra fields and not. So please ensure that you are using those versions and that your page don't have any javascript errors.
