Joomla plugin - how to change it's render place?

Joomla plugin - how to change it's render place? was created by Code Snipper
I'm using spComments on my site. Everything works fine but the plugin render its code right after the "fulltext" is it possible to change this behaviour and render plugin in other place on the item page?
